Insurance

Rejuvenate! is committed to providing the best possible care and to keeping costs as low as possible. Our professional staff will always discuss estimated fees with you prior to your treatments.  

Because each rejuvenate! location is independently owned and operated, there may be slight differences in billing policies depending on the location you visit.  In general, we do not bill insurance and we are not a provider for any insurance company. We are happy to print out an invoice covering the services you receive, which you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement; however, you will be 100% responsible for the payment in our office on the day of your service, as well as seeking reimbursement from your insurance company.

Financing Options

Many clients like the option of financing their treatments over time and choose to finance their cosmetic treatments through several cosmetic financing companies. Cosmetic financing companies were created for people who don't want to tie up their traditional credit sources with healthcare related expenses or those who simply can't afford to pay out-of-pocket healthcare charges at one time.

It is no longer necessary to delay the treatments that you really want, nor worry about the inability to pay for treatment. These cosmetic financing companies allow you to make low monthly payments over an extended period of time. Applying is easy. • They offer loans with monthly payments starting from a low fixed 4.9% interest rate.
• For clients with "not so perfect" credit, surgeryloans.com is probably the best option to have your treatments financed.
